Looking back, the past 100 years have seen wars, periods of rapid economic growth,
The ups and downs of the Japanese economy, and the ever-changing global situation.
We live in turbulent times, not knowing what tomorrow will bring.
It has been a history of change for us too.

From the manufacturing of seal base materials, which was started by our founder, Sutesaburo Tada
Beginning, injection molding, rigid moulding of plyurethane foam,
Development and manufacturing of small DC pumps.
These are things that I could never have imagined at the beginning.
It wasn't just the technology that was there.
The feeling of wanting to do something about any problem our customers are facing.

While learning from the history of our predecessors and seniors.
We are looking ahead to the next 100 years.
Combining accumulated technology with new ideas.
We will continue to create a new future.

Our goal is to create things that make people realize "I wish something like this could happen."

The speed of change not only in the Japanese economy but also in the global situation is accelerating with each passing day, and the magnitude of the changes is becoming more intense.

It is no longer enough to just wait around; we will simply have to wait to be swept away by the waves of the times.
We don't have that kind of thinking. We have set out the "NEXT 100" vision.

For the next 100 years, we will make a fresh start as the new Tada Plastics Group, utilizing the technology we have cultivated and preparing for change.
Our core businesses are injection molding and rigid moulding of plyurethane foam, and we also develop and manufacture small DC pumps, which are our own in-house development business.
Precision rubber molding technology has been added as a new group company, fusing four businesses, each with their own unique characteristics.

We will continue to meet any request, and continue to seek out things that exceed expectations.
With our technological capabilities and imagination, we will be reborn as opportunity makers that create a new future.

I learned a lot from the example of my predecessors and seniors.
The times we feel like giving up, we always become stronger.
Make your "I wish I could do something like this" a reality, not just a fantasy.

Even when they are on the verge of falling, Tadapla has ideas to help them get back up; they never fall for free.
For the next 100 years, we will continue to move forward, paving the way to the future.
