Planning and Development

We will hold a meeting to discuss the product development process, such as the intended use and the functions required for the micro pump.

Based on your specifications, we will design a micropump that meets your required Flow Rate and pressure.

Prototype and evaluation

We manufacture prototypes and conduct evaluation tests. Using the test data, we then develop a process for mass production.

Mass production

We design processes and carry out mass production in accordance with production plans to manufacture the required lots on time and with consistent quality.

We conduct various tests using various testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, vibration test equipment, and temperature and humidity testers.

Micro pump for disinfectants and detergents

Challenge 1

When changing the detergent, the detergent does not get sucked up. The detergent does not move due to bubbles remaining in the pipes.

Challenge 2

We could increase the pump pressure, but that would result in a higher Flow Rate and would not meet the specifications.

Challenge 3

Flow Rate rate can be reduced by slowing down the gears, but this is not cost-effective.

Tadapla Kaizen

We have improved the shape of the micro pump by considering the shaft structure of the crank bush and swash plate. We have made it possible to change the direction of rotation and change the stroke to ensure the required Flow Rate and solve the problem of suction! This is an original pump not available from other manufacturers, and has been patented and is now a Tadapla exclusive micro pump.
