Tadapla 's 7 major technologies
We provide one-stop solutions to our customers' problems from development to mass production, based on seven elemental technologies: development and manufacturing of micropumps, precision molding, moulding of plyurethane foam, precision rubber molding, design, molds, and assembly.
From the development stage, we can solve our customers' problems by shortening development lead times through prototyping proposals with an eye towards mass production, building quality based on APQP, PPAP and control plans, and providing a stable supply of products.
01. Development and manufacturing technology for micropumps
Since 1995, We've manufactured and developed and sold mass production of centrifugal pump and diaphragm pumps, ring pumps, and camera cleaning pump units for automobile rearview monitors.
In 2019, we developed an ultra-compact diaphragm pump and are expanding sales of our micro pump series to the market.

02. Precision molding technology
By establishing precise design, mold technology, and injection molding technology, we can meet the accelerating need for ultra-high precision molded products in recent years, even for products that require micron-level molding precision.
We have provided high-quality precision molded products to a variety of industries, including the automotive, medical, packaging, and home appliance industries.
We solve our customers' problems with cutting-edge molding technology, including speedy one-stop start-up from prototyping to mass production, and automation of molding, assembly, and inspection processes in clean booths.

03. moulding of plyurethane foam technology
The hard urethane we use is made from high-performance urethane (cyclopentane material) that has excellent insulating and environmental properties, and is a non-fluorocarbon formulation.
In addition, it has an ozone depletion potential of 0, making its global warming potential extremely low.
Tadapla is working towards the SDGs as a manufacturing company using environmentally friendly moulding of plyurethane foam technology.

04. Precision rubber molding technology
As for our lineup of products, we manufacture extremely small O-rings (0.5 mm thick O-rings) without mold costs, as well as feed vulcanization molding, compression molding, transfer molding (direct pressure injection molding), and rubber sheets (rubber plates).
We also handle a wide range of packings, gaskets, and umbrella valves.
They are used in medical equipment and semiconductor parts.

05. Design technology
We propose optimal design plans with an eye towards mass production from the development stage onwards.
For various issues such as switching to new materials, improving product functionality, weight reduction, downsizing, etc., we propose VA and VE based on our accumulated know-how and data to derive optimal QCD and solve new product development issues.

06.Mold technology
We manufacture high-quality molds with minimal rework according to product specifications, conditions, and production plans.
We conduct CAE analysis to propose optimal gate and cooling positions, and simulate optimal molding conditions for thin-walled and lightweight parts.
By Applicable one-stop service from prototypes to mass production models, we can achieve stable quality for mass production.

07.Assembly technology
Product assembly is carried out in class 10,000 and 100,000 clean rooms.
We also develop our own automated equipment for various processes, such as press-fitting shafts and pins and leak testing, to automate the assembly process and reduce the number of workers required, thereby contributing to shorter delivery times, stable quality, and reduced costs.
